Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions of purchase apply to the sale of clothing, shoes, hygiene items, accessories & home furnishings and other movable property (hereinafter referred to as "the products") by VIMODA AB, Corporate Identity Number: 559504-8926.

These terms and conditions apply in all cases where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that conflict with these terms and conditions.

Vimoda.se sells clothes, shoes, hygiene items, accessories & home furnishings via the internet to private individuals in Sweden. To be able to shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel deliveries. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have received consent to your purchase from your guardian who will then help you pick up the package.

Ordering

Ordering products is done via our website vimoda.se. If you have questions about how to order, you are welcome to contact us via email hello@vimoda.se.

When you have placed your order, you accept our terms and conditions of purchase and agree to your personal data being registered in our customer register. The purchase agreement is only confirmed when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you have provided. In the event of any errors in, for example, the stated price, stock differences, delivery time, product information/images, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you of course have the right to choose to cancel your order free of charge!

Discount codes can only be used per purchase and cannot be combined with each other or with other compensation or replacement codes.

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

Delivery and shipping cost

Free shipping over 500:-

Order value under 500 SEK will incur a shipping cost of 129 SEK.

We at VIMODA cannot provide any delivery guarantee for goods that are not in stock when you placed your order or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method if the carrier itself causes a delay. This is of course extremely unusual as we have a delivery time within 1-3 days delivery statistics of 96.53%.

Delivery responsibility when choosing Instabox Home delivery with receipt

When choosing the delivery option Instabox Home delivery with receipt Responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer at the moment the package is acknowledged at the delivery address. This means that we disclaim any responsibility for any damage, loss or other impact on the package after it has been received and acknowledged.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the time of delivery. If a person other than the customer signs for the package at the delivery address, the delivery is considered complete.

In the event of any transport damage discovered before receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately report this to the driver and document the damage before accepting the delivery.

Payment options

- Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout shows you the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna's partners handles the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the product or service is made directly by the store. Product or service-specific questions should therefore be directed directly to the store.

Current payment options that may currently be offered through Klarna Checkout are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank. Invoice is the default payment option. When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never have to provide your card details, and you always pay after you receive your goods.

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50.00 and late payment interest of 26.00% will be charged. At the time of purchase, a credit check is carried out, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by post. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal data for the purpose of carrying out customer analysis, identification, credit checks and marketing. Social security numbers are used as customer numbers for customer management purposes.

Does not apply to all goods and services, e.g. flights, events and custom-made goods.

The payment method for those who want to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna account is more than that. In addition to always receiving your goods before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via Klarna account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

For a purchase of SEK 10,000 with Klarna Account basic terms, the setup fee is SEK 0. The applicable annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of installments is 12 and each installment is SEK 955. The example assumes that installments are made over a period of one year.

At the time of purchase, a credit check is performed, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. You will then receive a copy of the credit report by mail.

Card payment

Allowed cards at Kidsonestore.se are VISA and MasterCard. No additional costs are added. When paying, the card number, the card's validity period and the CVC code that is stated on the back of the card are entered. Kidsonestore.se uses 3D-secure, which is a security standard developed by VISA and MasterCard. Payment is made via Dibs, which is PCI-certified and follows international security standards. All information sent is encrypted, which means that unauthorized persons cannot access sensitive data regarding your card payment.
For smooth and secure handling of costs that may arise afterwards (for example, options that you wish to add afterwards), your card details are stored for this purpose. We do not have access to the card details, but these are fully handled by PCI-certified Dibs. The total amount of the order is reserved directly on your account, but the amount is only deducted upon delivery of the order.

Discount codes

When purchasing from us, you agree not to use or exploit discount codes or other forms of coupons that have been made available to you under circumstances other than through us, or through our own marketing, or the marketing that takes place on our affiliate sites. You also agree not to in any way exploit bugs or other errors on our website to your advantage.

Sign up for newsletter & discount for leaving a review:
The discount code is received by following Vimoda on Instagram and signing up for Vimoda's newsletter. The discount code is unique and will be sent to you via email after registration. The discount code can only be used on your first order at Vimoda.se. The discount code cannot be combined with other offers.

Sale/Offers

SALE valid while stocks last! Offers without a clear end date are valid while stocks last. Vimoda reserves the right to sell out, which may result in partial deliveries. During major campaigns, our stock balance may not be updated quickly enough. In such cases, Vimoda has the right to cancel orders received after our stock balance has been found to be exhausted.

We also reserve ourselves for final sales and for stocking at our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock and is therefore listed as backordered. This is because the item is not in stock or that the delivery is delayed. An email will then be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel your backordered item or if you have questions about delivery times.

Delivery terms

See the delivery time in the information text for each product. The delivery time for stock items is usually 1 - 3 working days. Some products may take slightly longer than that. For made-to-order items, 3-14 working days apply. If a longer delivery time applies to your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

If the products you want to order have different delivery times and you want goods with a short delivery time first, you should make two separate orders to make it easier. In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via email. We reserve the right to final sales and any price errors on the website.

Note: During major campaigns and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than normal. This is mainly due to high pressure from carriers and is not unique to our store.

According to delivery statistics, 96.53% of our shipments are delivered within 3 business days.

We deliver orders with Budbee, Instabox and Post Nord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.

In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost in the event of a delay in the promised delivery time.

Delivery takes place from our warehouse to a delivery address specified by you. The product is delivered to the agent. Our suppliers reserve the right to choose the freight forwarder for all deliveries. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address specified at the time of ordering is correct. It is also the buyer's responsibility to be reachable in connection with delivery. The risk for the goods passes to the buyer after receipt.
The buyer is responsible for examining the packaging together with the carrier and reporting any visible damage on the shipping bill.

In the event of any transport damage discovered before receipt, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately report this to the driver and document the damage before accepting the delivery.

If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (packages approx. 14 days, letters 14 days), we will invoice you 350 SEK for our work handling the goods.

If you want to return an item, it is an open purchase according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's general sales laws. We have a 14- day right of return. See also our instructions for returns under return policy.

Return fee

We have a 90-day return policy.

Cost of return: 129:-

It's easy to make a return with us at Vimoda! Send an email to hello@vimoda.se and ask for a return slip and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a return label. We charge 129:- for a return and this will be deducted from the amount we are obligated to refund you.

Refunds will be made as soon as we have received and approved your return.

In the event of any dispute, we will follow the decision of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.


In case of delivery damage

The buyer is responsible for examining the packaging together with the carrier and reporting any visible damage on the shipping bill.

In case of delivery obstacles

If delivery is hindered because you, as a customer, have provided incorrect information about the delivery address, or contact information such as an email address or mobile phone number for notification, you will be charged a fee. Therefore, be careful to check that all information is correct before completing your purchase. The recipient must also be able to identify themselves when delivering the package.
If you book a delivery with one of our shipping companies but are prevented from receiving the goods, you must notify the shipping company as soon as possible so that they can reschedule the delivery. If you do not notify them, or if they are otherwise prevented from carrying out the delivery (for example, you do not answer the doorbell), you will be charged a delivery obstruction fee. The fee is equivalent to the shipping company's rate.

Complaint

Private individuals
Requests for a complaint must be notified to us within a reasonable time from the time the defect was discovered. If the warranty period has expired, it is the buyer's responsibility to demonstrate that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. The Consumer Purchase Act and other applicable laws give you as a customer important rights such as a three-year right of complaint against original defects in the product.

Business

Force majeure

If our fulfillment of these terms and conditions or entered into agreements is hindered or prevented due to circumstances beyond our control and which we could not reasonably have foreseen, this shall exempt us from fulfilling our obligations, as well as damages and other penalties (so-called force majeure). Such unforeseeable events may, for example, be war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors or other cost-increasing circumstances and events beyond our control.

Reservation

We reserve the right to any errors in product information, images and video material on the website. We also cannot guarantee that product images and environmental images reflect the exact appearance and condition of a product.


Information about Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Singles Day and other promotional times

The prices during Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Singles Day and more are only valid during these days. Normal terms and conditions regarding right of withdrawal, right of complaint and guarantees apply. The discounts indicated have already been deducted. Due to increased volumes on these days, delivery times may be extended.

Our terms and conditions of purchase shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, with the exception of such provisions of private international law that entail the application of the law of any other jurisdiction.

Complaints or comments regarding Vimoda's services or products should be forwarded to our customer service representative.
